Follow this essential arrival checklist to confirm your order, document the products and move each research material into its recommended storage conditions.

Keep the original packaging until every product has been inspected and verified.

Your Arrival Checklist

1

Inspect the Package

Check the shipping container and internal packaging for visible damage, moisture, leakage or signs of tampering.

2

Verify the Products

Compare the product names, vial strengths and quantities with your order confirmation.

3

Record the Lot Numbers

Document the lot number printed on each vial before placing the products into storage.

4

Find the Matching COAs

Confirm that the product and lot number on each vial match the corresponding Certificate of Analysis.

5

Review Storage Instructions

Read the product label and follow its storage requirements. Requirements may vary by compound.

6

Store Products Promptly

Move each product into its recommended storage conditions after completing the arrival inspection.

Before Discarding the Packaging

  • Confirm every ordered product was included.
  • Verify the vial strength and quantity.
  • Make sure each vial has a readable label and lot number.
  • Confirm that the vial and seal are not visibly damaged.
  • Save your order number and tracking information.
  • Photograph anything unusual before moving or discarding it.

What If Something Is Damaged or Incorrect?

Do not begin laboratory work with a product that appears damaged, compromised or incorrectly labeled. Keep the vial, shipping box and all original packaging.

Take clear photographs of the outer box, shipping label, internal packaging, product label, lot number and visible concern. Contact Nivo Labs and include your order number with the photographs.
