1Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Nivo Labs LLC (“Nivo Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting this website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and all policies referenced on this website.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access the website or purchase our products.

2Age and Legal Eligibility

4Customer Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes.
• You understand the nature and limitations of research-use products.
• You will not use any product for human or animal consumption.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• You will provide suitable storage, handling, supervision, and disposal.
• You will not misrepresent, relabel, resell, or market a product for an unauthorized use.
• You accept responsibility for determining whether a product is lawful and appropriate for your intended research.

5No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website—including product descriptions, articles, calculators, research materials, customer communications, or links—is medical advice or a recommendation for human use.

Information is provided for general educational and research purposes only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent a health condition. Nivo Labs does not provide instructions concerning personal dosing, administration, or treatment.

6Accounts and Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during checkout. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed without authorization.

7Orders and Order Review

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to payment confirmation, availability, eligibility review, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, and acceptance by Nivo Labs.

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, suspected prohibited use, pricing errors, inventory issues, legal restrictions, or violations of these terms.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to processing times outside our control.

8Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout controls unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

You authorize Nivo Labs and its payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total, shipping costs, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

Payment disputes should first be reported to support@shopnivolabs.com so we have an opportunity to investigate. Nothing in these terms eliminates any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

9Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, address problems, inventory, payment review, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Customers must review the applicable Shipping and Returns policies before ordering. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

10Order Inspection and Problems

Inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If an item is missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number, an explanation, photographs of the shipment and packaging, and any other reasonably requested information.

Resolution eligibility depends on the circumstances, the condition of the product, and the policies displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

11Storage, Handling and Disposal

The customer assumes responsibility for safe receipt, storage, handling, security, use, and disposal of all research products. Products must be kept away from children, unauthorized persons, food, medications, and household-use materials.

Customers must follow applicable safety procedures, product information, institutional requirements, and local disposal regulations.

12Product Information and COAs

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information. However, website content, product photographs, packaging, availability, and descriptions may be corrected or updated without notice.

When available, Certificates of Analysis apply only to the identified product or lot. A Certificate of Analysis is not a representation that a product is approved, safe, or effective for human or animal use.

13Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Purchase products for human or animal consumption.
• Provide false age, identity, billing, shipping, or research information.
• Attempt to bypass security, age controls, purchasing limits, or fraud screening.
