This page explains the definitions, reporting scope, and limitations used in Nivo Labs transparency reporting. It is intended to make our documentation, catalog, and operational metrics easier to understand.

Purpose
Nivo Labs publishes selected documentation, catalog, and operational metrics to explain how we organize product records, maintain documentation access, and review active customer-facing materials. These metrics are intended to make our internal standards more visible to research customers.
Metric definitions
Cataloged Vial QR Access
This metric represents the share of cataloged product vials issued with a QR code that directs users to Nivo Labs documentation access.
Public Documentation-Library Coverage
This metric is calculated as the number of catalog entries with downloadable documentation copies published in the public documentation library divided by the total number of catalog entries.
As of September 15, 2026, 52 of 69 catalog entries had downloadable documentation copies published in the online library, representing 75.4% coverage.
Active Product Pages Reviewed
This metric represents the share of active customer-facing research-material product pages reviewed during the reporting period against Nivo Labs research-use, labeling, and documentation-link standards.
During the July 1–September 15, 2026 baseline period, 38 active customer-facing research-material product pages were reviewed.
Analytical Documentation
Available documentation is organized by product and lot. Reported analytical methods, testing scope, and results may vary by the applicable product and lot record. Visitors should review the documentation associated with the applicable product and visible lot number.
Fulfillment Operations
Nivo Labs customer orders are processed through U.S.-based fulfillment operations.
On-Time Shipment Rate
Nivo Labs is establishing a documented measurement process for eligible orders shipped within its published handling commitment. This metric will be reported once a full reporting period is available.
Methodology and limitations
Metrics reflect Nivo Labs catalog, documentation, and internal review records for the July 1–September 15, 2026 baseline period. Catalog and documentation-availability metrics reflect the active catalog as of September 15, 2026.
Public documentation-library coverage is calculated by dividing catalog entries with downloadable documentation in the public library by total catalog entries. Analytical documentation, reported methods, and testing scope may vary by product and lot.
Metrics and documentation do not represent FDA approval, clinical suitability, safety, efficacy, or suitability for human or veterinary use.
Corrections and updates
Nivo Labs may update, correct, or clarify a published metric if an underlying catalog, documentation, or internal-record error is identified. Any material correction will include the date of correction, the corrected result, and a brief explanation of the change.
This initial baseline establishes Nivo Labs’ reporting framework. Full calendar-quarter comparisons will begin with the Q4 2026 Transparency Report.
