Pricing is calculated using each selected product, strength, quantity, customization request, and current availability.
What to Include in Your Request
Complete requests can be reviewed and quoted faster. Please list each product and vial strength separately, with a minimum quantity of 25 vials for every line item.
List the complete name of every product requested.
Include the requested strength or size for each product.
Request at least 25 identical vials of each product and strength.
Include your name, business name if applicable, email, phone number, and billing address.
Provide the complete address where the custom order should be delivered.
Provide your preferred delivery window. Final timing depends on product availability.

Nivo Labs will review availability and provide personalized pricing and an estimated turnaround time.
Approve and Pay
Processing begins after the quote is approved and payment has been confirmed.
Program Requirements
25-vial minimum
Each selected product and vial strength requires a minimum order of 25 identical vials to qualify for bulk pricing.
Products cannot be combined
Quantities from different products or vial strengths cannot be added together to meet the 25-vial minimum.
Multiple products
Multiple products may be included in the same bulk order. However, each product and strength must separately meet the 25-vial minimum.
Custom pricing
Final pricing depends on the selected products, strengths, quantities, customization requirements, current costs, and availability.
Turnaround time
Production and fulfillment estimates are confirmed with the quote and may vary based on availability, quantity, and order complexity.
Final-sale policy
Once payment for an approved custom order has been submitted, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by law or written Nivo Labs policy.
