Every Nivo Labs vial includes a QR code that connects directly to its corresponding lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. Scan the vial’s QR code, then use this checklist to compare the vial with the report.

This assistant helps organize a visual document review. It does not independently authenticate a laboratory report or replace confirmation from the issuing laboratory.

How to Use This Tool

Scan the QR Code

Use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code printed on the vial.

Open the COA

Allow the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis to open in your browser.

Compare the Information

Review each item below and select it only when the information matches.

COA Verification Checklist

Check every item you can confirm by comparing the vial label with the lot-specific laboratory report.

Product name matches The product name on the COA matches the name printed on the vial. Lot number matches The lot or batch number on the COA exactly matches the vial. Testing laboratory is identified The report clearly names the laboratory that performed the testing. Report or testing date is shown The COA includes a report date, testing date or completion date. Testing methods are listed The report identifies methods such as HPLC or mass spectrometry. Results are displayed The analytical results associated with the tested sample are shown. Report identification is present A report number, sample identifier or verification record is included.

QR Code Not Working or Information Missing?

Search the complete Nivo Labs COA Library or contact support with the product name, lot number, order number and a clear photograph of the vial.
