Customer Research Hub
Welcome to your organized collection of private customer research tools, product-verification resources, laboratory guides and support information.
Essential Tools & Quick Access
Start with product verification, laboratory calculations or your lot-specific testing documentation.
COA Verification Assistant
Scan your vial’s QR code and compare the vial information with its lot-specific laboratory report.
Open verification tool →Research Aliquot Calculator
Calculate total solvent volume, number of laboratory aliquots and resulting mathematical concentration.
Use calculator below ↓COA Library
Access Nivo Labs testing documentation and locate available lot-specific Certificates of Analysis.

Research Aliquot Calculator
Calculate the total solvent volume needed to make a selected research quantity equal a selected liquid volume.
How to use this calculator
Enter all three values. The calculator will perform the mathematical conversion using only the values you provide.
Calculated Laboratory Measurements
Plain-English Mathematical Example
A vial contains 20 mg. A desired research aliquot of 2.5 mg and aliquot volume of 0.25 mL produces eight mathematical aliquots, a total solvent volume of 2 mL and a mathematical concentration of 10 mg/mL. This example explains arithmetic only and does not recommend these values for any product or application.
Receiving & Product Verification
Inspect, identify and document your research order when it arrives.
What to Do When Your Research Order Arrives
Follow an essential checklist for inspecting packaging, verifying products, recording lot numbers and locating COAs.
